Credit Card Information & Payment
Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at MaKi Itemz will be stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution.
Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to MaKi Itemz employees. Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement of your purchase of the selected product/s.
You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.
Currency
All product and shipping prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are settled in AUD.
Some credit providers may charge additional fees, please contact your credit provider for more information. This is particularly important for overseas purchases as correspondent bank charges and currency conversion fees will most likely apply.
GST & Taxes
At this stage MaKi Itemz is not registered for GST through the ATO. All purchases delivered to an Australian postcode have been excluded from the standard Government Goods and Service Tax (GST). All prices quoted on line exclude GST. Purchases shipped to an International address are exempt from Australian taxes. The prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply. Any additional International charges will be at the expense of "you" the purchaser and will not be covered by MaKi Itemz.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order or parts of your order before the order is dispatched by MaKi Itemz.
MaKi Itemz will not charge you for the orders cancelled nor will we charge you a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.
MaKi Itemz also reserves the right to cancel your order if:
● You provide an unauthorised credit card
● We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
● You provide invalid personal details
● The product has become unavailable
MaKi Itemz will notify you before cancelling your order.
Suspension, Termination and Effect of Termination
If you breach these terms and conditions, MaKi Itemz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your purchase at any time without prior notice to you.
If you are awaiting delivery of products, MaKi Itemz reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the product, you may choose to return the product to MaKi Itemz for a full refund if the product is faulty when you receive it.
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy. MaKi Itemz will not consider requests for refunds after 30 days of purchase unless the product is deemed faulty by our customer service.

Product Care
MaKi Itemz products are unique. Due care is required to ensure your accessories look good for as long as possible. With this in mind, we offer you the following handy hints to care for your products.
Leather Goods
The leather is intended to age with wear and crushed; matte and rough finishes are intentional giving the leather a distinctive look. Slight variations in colour, grain and texture are all part of leathers unique characteristics.
Do not allow the hardware to get wet. Protective sprays can be used on most of MaKi Itemz leather goods however MaKi cannot guarantee the suitability of any chemical you spray onto the leather and will not be responsible for any damage which may be experienced as a result.
We use mostly colourfast leathers. We recommend you treat the leather with care and store it in a dry environment away from direct sunlight, preferably in the care bag provided. For more item specific care information, please email us at enquiries@makiitemz.com
Reviews and Comments
You may post reviews and make, comments on the content on our Website. The content however must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable to third parties and is not permitted to consist of or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." MaKi Itemz reserves the right to remove such content at any time, and without notice to you.

Vouchers and Promotions
MaKi Itemz uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in AUD, attached to minimum order amounts pre discounts in AUD incl. Validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page or otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a one-time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product quantity or brand. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on makiitemz.com. By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on makiitemz.com you agree to receive our MaKi Itemz newsletter with updates on new arrivals. Disputes
This contract will be governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Website, or the products purchased on it, will be subject to the exclusive courts of that jurisdiction.
