Delivery & Returns
Delivery of your new product is done with great care at MaKi Itemz. MaKi Itemz is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
For any back order purchases, MaKi Itemz will maintain contact with you via e-mail to provide updates on the progress of your purchase, and as soon as your item arrives we will arrange postage during the business week.
Order Tracking
Customers are able to track the progress of their
order through our order status page or you can login to your account from the home page to view your order history.
When using the order status page, simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed checkout (and in your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order. MaKi Itemz will fetch and display your order and status along with any special notes that may have been added.
Delivery
MaKi
Itemz will ship to any Australian address using Australia Post. We use the Express Post service as it provides you with a tracking number, but also fast delivery.
Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and address details. You have the opportunity to list any specific or special delivery instructions in the "special requests" section of your order.
Any risk will be passed to you and or any other person who takes receipt of the delivery.
Returns Policy
From time to time you may purchase a product that doesn't suit you and your satisfaction and positive shopping experience are important to MaKi Itemz!
To provide you with an exceptional shopping experience MaKi Itemz offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
This means that you can return your product within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Returning your product to MaKi Itemz is free of charge. We cover the cost of postage and handling for all returns.
Please contact us at enquiries@makiitemz.com or the customer service number 1300 657 199 before sending back a purchase, so that we may provide complete return instructions.
We will happily arrange for an exchange, or for a refund of your purchase price, upon receiving your returned item in its original, new, and resalable condition.
When we receive the product, we'll send you an email to inform you that it has arrived safely. Refunds may take an additional 2 to 10 days to appear on your credit card or Paypal account.
On rare occasions, we
may decline to offer a refund, even if it's within the returns
window. This should only occur if the returned product is damaged by
someone other than a MaKi Itemz team member or the manufacturer. If this is the
case, we'll advise you that a refund has been declined and we'll return the
product to you. This means that the product must be returned unmarked, without signs
of wear and tear and in their original, undamaged packaging.
