Ma'Ki Itemz will ship to any Australian address and to most* International addresses using Australia Post. Any risk will be passed to you and or any other person who takes receipt of the delivery.

Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery and address details. You have the opportunity to list any specific or special delivery instructions in the "special requests" section of your order.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Shipping - We are known for our speedy shipping! We ship the next business day after payment is received. Free shipping is provided for all orders over $50.00.

Available to Order:  

1. We welcome customers to contact us before purchase to confirm turn around time. Our manufacturer is very large and sometimes there can be a delay on making handbags which is outside our control I.e.: shortage on leather, hardware, public holidays etc.
2. Once your payment has been received for an item purchased within this category it will be handmade by our manufacturer.
3. Our usual turn around time for Ma'Ki Itemz to receive handbags on order is 1 week and 14 days for Pursekets.
4. Ma'Ki Itemz will maintain contact with you via e-mail to provide updates on the progress of your purchase, and as soon as your item arrives we will arrange postage during the business week.

Confirmation - Your order will delivered by Australia Post.  An e-mail will be sent to advise once your item has been posted.

GIFTS

Please note, if you are buying a gift to send to someone outside of Australia, taxes and duties may apply when the goods enter the destination country. To avoid the recipient of the gift having to bear these expenses - we are able to estimate these costs and on charge these to you on a case by case basis. If this is relevant - we will e-mail you before completing the transaction to discuss the charges.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation by Ma'Ki - Ma'Ki Itemz reserves the right to cancel any order.

Cancellation by Purchaser - Should you wish to cancel an order after payment has been accepted, please contact Ma'Ki Itemz by e-mail at enquiries@makiitemz.com within 24 hours. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, freight charges will not be refunded. Cancellations after this time will be at the sole discretion of Ma'Ki Itemz.
